QPR
QPR (Question, Persuade and Refer) teaches participants the common causes and warning signs for suicidal ideation. It then teaches participants how to have talk to someone who may be contemplating suicide in a structured way and give people the confidence to respond in a positive way. This course is estimated to take 60 minutes but is participant paced.
